  It is very disappointing to have to write this negative review, but they tried very hard to earn it. Each time I have gone there, it feel like they were not up to working exactly. They did a great job with eyebrows. I went here and the sign said "OPEN" and the door was unlocked . As I entered and said hello two women emerged giggling from behind the counter and in chorus said " we are closed". I said the door is open and sign says open and all I wanted was my eyebrows done. Response sorry we forgot to change the sign to "Closed". Considering I have been going there for quite awhile and wanted a 5 min service, ( I tip very well ) I will never return. The place is always empty , you would think they value returning customers.
