  I have been a BGA customer for 2 years now. The initial contact person professionally and pleasantly took my information and told me I would be contacted within 24 hrs. Greg Gudis was on the phone within 20 minutes. He spent 1 ½ hrs with me educating and listening to my needs to get me the perfect fit of Medical and Prescription coverage. My wife is turning 65 this summer and we've already contacted Greg to write her new policy.
  I discovered service is what separates BGA from the on-line companies who never see you, talk to you once and forget you soon after you hang up the phone.
