  I've never been the type of person to really enjoy working out but CKO in Cherry Hill has really changed that for me. The classes here without a doubt give me the best workouts I've had and coming here is easily the best part of my day. This place has really motivated me and helped me become a better version of myself. It's not only a fantastic gym but also a great community. The other members are friendly and the staff and instructors really are the best, I've never had a bad experience. They are extremely welcoming and more than willing to help with anything you need. Each class has something a little different to offer and they are consistently challenging but also really fun. Right now I am the strongest I've ever been and this is the best I've ever felt. I love CKO for not only helping me change my attitude about working out but giving me the inspiration to get motivated and change my life. I've been a member here for almost 2 years and I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon.
