  We have lived here for over two years and we love it! The staff is always helpful and friendly when you need ANYTHING. There is quarterly maintenance on the grounds, air filters, and vents. If you walk by a piece of paper on the ground, the chances of that it being there in 30 minutes is rare as they take pride in the complex. I can only speak for my building, but the residents are friendly and keep to themselves. This is a complex for young professionals and there has never been an issue with noise or partying. The gym is quiet, clean, has new equipment and new televisions. Overall, I would recommend Dwell – you get what you pay for and the staff goes beyond what you would ever expect them to do.
