  Rude manager. I went to return items that were purchased from online website. The manager showed up and ripped off the plastic cover to check if there were tags. It was a transparent plastic cover. He could just look and ask me if he was not sure or simply take off the cover instead of ripping it. Then he told me that I cannot return it because my items do not have tags. I was pretty sure they were not "do not remove tag items" which means I should be able to return them, but I had no proof and was not going to deal with a rude person.
