  I have had an incredibly positive experience with Hi-Fi sales. I moved into my home in 2015, and used them to purchase, and install 2 top notch home theatre systems. The installs were timely, flawless, clean and meticulous. From the store representatives, to the men who did the installation, I found the customer service to be exemplary. They went above and beyond what they were obligated to do. I had a few issues with a Sony TV which was NO fault of Hi Fi sales. They went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. I recently had an issue with an LG OLED, which is a fantastic TV, and their great relationship with LG was an integral part of the process that fixed my issue at no cost. Hi Fi Sales made several visits to my home to help me on many occasions, and this was well after they received my money. I would not think about purchasing another any audio or video device elsewhere. In this day and age where you have the Best Buys of the world with discount pricing and, in my opinion, incompetent service behind them, it's refreshing to know there is another option. If you want the ultimate in customer service, I would honestly choose Hi Fi sales in Cherry Hill.

  I've been working with Dave and Hi Fi Sales for over 15 years now. They have provided equipment and installation help in both of my homes. You won't find a better group of advisers than Dave and George, the owners, are hands-on kinda guys and make sure you are satisfied. They also installed my security camera system at my business which has been a great addition to my security system. The installation was meticulous. I couldn't be happier. These guys are top notch! I give them my highest recommendation for any work with audio/visual, security and system integration.
