  Absolute worst customer service. They had my wife's ring for 3 weeks to get soldered together (V band). It came back the first time with stones falling out, so they sent it back out. I went to pick it up a week later and this time when it came back, the engagement ring wasn't lined up with the wedding band, it was noticably crooked!
  
  The assistant manager sided with her shop and told my wife and I that it wasn't a "new bridal" therefore it wasn't of importance. They told me to "deal with what I got" or wait 3 more weeks for the shop to fix their second mistake.
  
  A wedding ring becomes a part of someone. When it's gone 6 weeks because of the jeweler's mistake, it is unacceptable.
  
  Won't ever come back to this store, Gloucester Township outlet has much better customer service.
