  BUYER BEWARE. I called to reserve a space for my son. I was told there would be a HOLD on my account. Never once was I told it would be a charge. Low and behold it was a charge. When I called back today to ask them to remove my sons name from the list and refund my money (because I found lessons for twice as long as theirs and approximately 60% cheaper) the owner refused and stated her website says no refunds. However I was never once on the website (I got the info/phone number from another mother) nor was it communicated with me that they have a no refund policy, nor did I sign ANYTHING acknowledging I was aware of this policy. But even after stating all
  Of this to the owner, she still refused while
  Being nasty. She claims I was being rude, but really it was her “drowning” in the fact that she knows she is WRONG. I could understand if the class started tomorrow and there is no time to find a replacement child to fill the money void, but class does not start for a MONTH.
