  it's ok but the FROZEN crust pre made pizza is not like 10years ago they changed from the old way of making it and the FLAVOR ain't the SAME.... pizza hut has JUST no originality anymore

  The pizza was standard for the hut, but these reviews are the best thing about this place. XD

  I get that it was Superbowl Sunday, so some grace can be extended, but when I'm told my pizza isn't ready and I wait 30 minutes and I get home and it's barely warm, then you know it didn't even make it to the warmer. It was burned, it was cold, it was dry, and it tasted horrible. We had company at our house. Now they did give me a credit when I asked for one. So they did what they could to rectify the situation, but if they can't handle making pizza when it's busy, and this is all they do, then they need to find people who can handle the job. Completely ridiculous. I would never give a customer trash like that. I would apologize and redo the order and delivery it to their home for free. That's how it should have been handled.
