  Was made to feel at ease right away by Tracy as she painlessly guided me through the quick process of viewing, then selecting an ideal size storage space. Also this area of Cherry Hill is perfectly situated right next to 295 in a very safe neighborhood.

  Wouldn't suggest this location to anyone. If you believe in "True" customer service. Only been here 5 months got hit with hidden charges. Not protective with future charges regarding "Rent Increases." Requested point of contact via phone and was told (we only send letters) about Rent Increases. Very deceiving with pricing, which is not stated in agreement. Manager stated, Pay it, or not. Doesn't effect me either way!
