  The on floor staff was very helpful even when we had to return a helmet that just didn't feel right according to my son. It was never used and I had the receipt. After some searching we finally purchased a demo model. The associate offered a 10% discount. What we were buying was the display helmet. Any one could of put it on their head. At the counter the manager will not allow the discount. The associate felt bad and offered to attach the face guard on we now had to buy because it didn't come with the helmet and was very pleasant. The manager needs a lesson in customer service. A very simple transaction took over an hour. I left paying over 100 % more than planned and annoyed with the manager. I felt badly​ for the associate.
