  “Supervisor” Sam is the worst. Hung up on me because I pointed out how she wrongfully overcharged me for my salad. Also doesn’t know that a franchise is still supposed to provide the same product at the same price as the other locations. Another guy answered the phone when I called back and he refused to talk to me until I answered his questions first. They don’t have a clue about customer service and being courteous to their paying customers.
