  After years of being unsuccessfully treated for periodontal disease, I was finally referred to Dr. Kazemi at Sky Perio. Dr. K made a careful and thorough review of my 20 year history with the condition, took cultures of my mouth (which no one had ever suggested) and came up with a treatment plan that has finally arrested this disease. His kind and calming disposition assisted me in feeling comfortable and confident that there was a solution for me, and I am finally now able to proceed with long awaited and much needed implants. I am a "patient for life" and am so grateful to him and the entire staff for their kind and meticulous care!
