  My wife and I had a miserable experience. The staff whom we met was extremely rude. She wouldn't even listen to us. We weren't even allowed to complete one sentence.
  My wife requires a letter from SSA office addressing to the DMV for her to apply for a license. When I called up SSA customer support they told me that I do not have to fill the application form and the documents I need to carry. However the staff in the office was mad at us that we did not fill-up the application form and she was not ready to listen to us at all. After much lecturing she gave us the letter.
  We may not know the procedure but that does not mean shehas to be rude to us.
  I hope other staff in the location are not as rude as this staff.
