  All I will say is this. If the utter incompetence with which these idiots try to explain their "Sign In Online is Not really a Reservation, come over here and take your chances" system and (my personal favorite) "To Sign In, set Up an Online Account after We Send You a Confirmation Code"--which Code cannot be sent if the Account is not set up in the first place--is typical of the way this business is run, do not think of using them. I was a potential new customer but after the last moron said "Follow the instructions" after putting me on hold for a bit, I'm going elsewhere. As in ANYWHERE ELSE. If you've got a lot of X to waste though use them.
