  Worst Customer Service experience. My wife and I upgrade a phone today and the Rep tried to charge us for a phone case and a screen protector without asking if we even want one or which one we want to have (This is no different from scamming people). Rep tried to take our current phone without asking or searching if we actually already paid full for it. I asked her 3 times to change our plan during the transaction, at the end she gave us our phone and didn't change the plan...
