  If I could leave a minus 5 stars I would. This law firm specializes in shady and questionable business practices esp. when they represent homeowners associations against you . Mr. Sugarman's an expert in knowing how to legally screw people over and trust me he's great at it. He holds seminars about it. Ben Dill is an attorney in this firm and he will literally scream at you over the phone when you catch him in lies. File complaint form DB-2 every day with the ODC and expose these people for the crooks that they are. Our title company overnighted a check to pay these criminals off and they didn't cash it for 2 months while more fees and penalties accrued. You will see me on every news station regarding this debacle. They are bullies who messed with the wrong person.
