  SHADY STAFF! DO NOT TRUST THE ASSOCIATES AT THIS STORE AT ALL! Absolutely terrible service!! The sales rep started a direct tv now account on my debit card, while telling me the service was free!! She also put features on the account without my consent and didn't offer my any paperwork when leaving. When I brought this to the sales manager's attention, he was blatantly rude and didn't think there was anything wrong with the service I received. I spent the next 2 days on the phone with corporate trying to resolve the issues. When they called the store to see what was going on, the manager LIED and said I was given free accessories to offset the cost of the direct tv now service. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go across the street to the mall and deal with real professionals if you need AT&T service. Do not go into this jungle and expect to deal with honest people. Trying to clean up this mess has been an absolute headache and is not promising as a new AT&T customer.
