  Everyone who works there seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and as far as cell phone provider stores go this place and T-Mobile is about as good as it gets.
  
  The reason why I'm only giving them 3 stars is that the people who work there aren't paid to help you. They're paid to sell phones and phone plans. They aren't empowered enough to actually do anything and they don't make money unless they sell phones/plans. They are literally all the same. If you need help with your phone, your better off calling a T-Mobile service representative.
