  Ms . Guy I am the owner of The Ups Store. I apologize that your experience at the store was anything less than exceptional . I am sorry as well that your package had been opened. That was directly my mistake as I had thought it was for the store. As far not putting your name I just want to clear up that all return service to the store comes with our name on it .
